Ingredients
- 1.5 oz gin
- 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 thin cucumber slices
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Sparkling water to top
- Ice
- Cucumber ribbon and lemon wheel for garnish
- Fresh mint sprig for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle 3 cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker to release fresh cucumber water.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 12 seconds until very cold.
- Fine-strain into a tall Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with chilled sparkling water and gently stir once to combine.
- Garnish with a cucumber ribbon threaded on a pick, a lemon wheel, and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately.
