Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tbsp dried culinary lavender
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 cups sparkling water, chilled
- Ice
- Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish
- Lemon wheels for garnish
Instructions
- Make lavender honey syrup: steep dried lavender in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Strain out the lavender buds. Stir honey into the warm lavender water until dissolved.
- Let the syrup cool completely in the refrigerator.
- In a large pitcher, combine lavender honey syrup with fresh lemon juice. Stir well.
- Just before serving, add chilled sparkling water and gently stir.
- Pour over ice in tall glasses. Garnish each glass with a fresh lavender sprig and lemon wheel.
